Cindy is a native of Valdosta, Georgia. She is a graduate of Valdosta High School and has an accounting diploma from Wiregrass Technical College. Cindy and her husband, Randy, live in Valdosta and have two sons and daughters-in-law, Justin and Rachel Bennett and Jeremy and Alana Bennett.
